The Dream: Finn (Part 1)

"I love you Finn.." Marcelline said grabbing Finn's hand.
"But Marcelline, I thought you said you didn't like me like that..."
"Finn, I was too shy and scared to admit it, but I've always liked you...a lot..."
"....Really?..."
"Yea Finn...." she said, she then closed her eyes and leaned in to kiss.
Finn did the same.  They both inched closer to each other, their lips were about to meet.  Then Finn's eyes shot open.  He woke up.  He sighed with a smile on his face, got out of bed, got dressed and went downstairs.
"Hey Jake!" Finn said to Jake, who was looking through the fridge.
"Oh, hi Finn.." he said letting out a big yawn. "Your surprisingly happy, your usually a big 'ol grumpy pants in the morning."
"I guess I just got a good nights sleep."
"Yea, I bet you did." Jake said with a smirk.
"What's that supposed to mean!?"
"Dude, I heard you mumbling in your sleep and making kissy faces."
"Soo?...."
"Soo, you were dreaming about bubblegum again, weren't you?"
"No I wasn't!"
Jake raised an eyebrow.
Finn put his hands up. "I swear man, I wasn't."
"Oookay." Jake said turning back to the fridge, he still didn't believe Finn.
"Sooo, what's for breakfast?"
"I'm looking, but so far I don't see anything interesting...oh wait, I found some leftover spaghetti...you want any?"
"Sure man, I'll get the table ready." Finn said getting up and getting a plate and fork for each of them while Jake heated up the leftovers.  He placed them both at the table while Jake came back with the spaghetti. He emptied it onto both of their plates.
Finn and Jake both sat down and dug in.  They both ate silently, they were too hungry to stop eating, even to talk.
Finn finished eating before Jake.
"Hey Jake?"
"Huh? What?" Jake said with a small noodle hanging out of his mouth.
"What do you think about hanging out with Marcelline today?"
"Uh, sure, I'm down with that." he said with his mouth still full of food.
"Cool, I'll go call her."
